Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that a track on Peachz infringes upon your copyright, you may notify us using the methods outlined below.

Before submitting a copyright infringement claim, please consider the following:

• This process applies only to reports of copyright violations.
• If you need to report a violation of other rights, contact legal(@)peachz.xyz.

You may only report infringements of your own copyright or the copyright of a person or entity you are legally authorized to represent.
If you believe someone else's copyright has been violated, please inform that person and direct them to this page.

Misuse of Copyright Claims

Submitting false, misleading, or malicious copyright claims may result in account suspension or termination. You may also be liable for damages, including legal fees and costs, incurred by Peachz, the reported user, and/or the copyright owner due to the wrongful removal of tracks.

Submitting a Copyright Infringement Report

Each track page includes a "Report" button where you can flag the track for copyright infringement.[COMING SOON]

Submitting a Written Copyright Notice

If you prefer to submit a written notification, your notice must include all of the following information:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and a valid email address where you can be contacted.
2. Your Peachz username, if applicable.
3. A statement confirming that you have identified content on Peachz that infringes upon your copyright or the copyright of a third party you are authorized to represent.
4. A description of the copyrighted work(s) that you believe have been infringed.
5. A description of the infringing track(s) and the URL(s) on Peachz where they are located.
6. A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or by law.
7. A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the exclusive rightsholder whose copyright is allegedly infringed.

If you would like your notice to qualify under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) - 17 U.S.C. §512(c), your written notice must also include:

• A declaration that your statement regarding authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner is made under penalty of perjury.
• Your electronic or physical signature (a scanned copy is acceptable).

Processing and Response Time

Once a report is received, Peachz will review the claim and may temporarily remove the disputed content while the matter is under investigation.
If a counter-notification is submitted by the uploader, the dispute process may take up to 23 business days to resolve.

Peachz reserves the right to refuse copyright claims that do not include all required details or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
