Not much is said about the exhausting lifestyle of high-demand DJs—those spinning on a Friday in London, Saturday in Madrid, and closing out the weekend in Ibiza. Endless tours, scant hours of sleep, and a whirlwind lifestyle are the norm for these non-stop artists.
This is precisely what Seth Troxler and Bill Patrick’s new photobook captures. Titled In Between, the work features over 250 photographs and selected texts, all gathered during Troxler’s world tour from February to November 2023.
In his debut as a photographer, Bill Patrick followed his long-time friend on a tour spanning 20 countries and over 40 cities, documenting the reality of one of electronic music’s most iconic figures like Troxler. His approach blends photojournalism with portraits and snippets of text, breaking the standards of traditional music industry documentation.

While the book already had its debut at the recent ADE in Amsterdam, where Troxler and Patrick shared insights about their project and signed a few copies, the official release is set for November 12.
