Peachz Community Guidelines

At Peachz, we are building a community where artists, fans, and music lovers can connect, create, and share without harassment or legal risks. These guidelines set the rules for using Peachz, covering all content, including uploaded music, images, usernames, bios, descriptions, playlists, messages, and comments.

We expect everyone to follow these guidelines. Peachz reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. If you have questions or need help, contact us at team(@)peachz.xyz.

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Peachz respects the rights of artists and creators. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

• You must own or have permission to upload and distribute any content on Peachz.
• If you sample, remix, or use another artist’s work, you must have explicit permission.
• If Peachz receives a copyright complaint, we may automatically remove the content and notify you.
• Repeated copyright violations may result in account suspension or termination.
• False copyright claims or abusive reporting may result in account suspension.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can dispute the claim through our Copyright Dispute Form.

2. Respectful Criticism & Feedback

We encourage healthy discussions but do not tolerate personal attacks or harassment.

Allowed:

• "This track wasn’t my favorite, but I liked the production."
• "I think different vocals would work better here."

Not Allowed:

• "You suck. Stop making music."
• "No one will ever listen to your garbage."

3. No Abuse, Threats, or Harassment

Peachz has zero tolerance for harassment or threats, whether direct or indirect.

Harassment includes:

• Unwanted contact after being told to stop.
• Threatening or demeaning language in messages or comments.
• Doxxing or exposing personal information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, private conversations).
• Creating accounts to harass someone (e.g., impersonation or smear campaigns).

Immediate account termination may occur for serious violations.

If someone is harassing you, block them and report it to Peachz.

4. Unauthorized Recording & Private Information

You may not share another person’s private or personal information without their consent.

Not Allowed:

• Uploading private phone calls, screenshots of private chats, or personal addresses.
• Using real names, schools, or workplaces without permission.

5. Impersonation & Misleading Metadata

You must not impersonate other artists, brands, or individuals.

Allowed:

• Stage names or aliases.
• Fan accounts with permission from the artist (must be clearly labeled as unofficial).

Not Allowed:

• Uploading music under another artist’s name.
• Using another artist’s images, logos, or branding without permission.
• Creating accounts to impersonate public figures or mislead fans.

6. Pornographic & Sexual Content

Peachz does not allow sexually explicit content, including:

• Pornographic images, videos, or links to adult websites.
• ASMR or sounds explicitly intended for sexual gratification.

Allowed:

• Artistic discussions of sexuality in a non-explicit manner.

Not Allowed:

• Sexually suggestive profile images or track artwork.
• Content with moaning, explicit roleplay, or simulated sexual activity.

7. Child Safety & Exploitation

We do not allow any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

Immediate account termination and reporting to authorities for violations.

Allowed:

• Awareness discussions about child protection, if handled responsibly.

Not Allowed:

• Posting, sharing, or linking to any content involving child exploitation.
• Inappropriate or sexualized interactions with minors in comments or messages.

8. Suicide, Self-Harm, & Substance Abuse

We support mental health awareness but do not allow content that glorifies or encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or substance abuse.

Allowed:

• Discussing mental health in a way that promotes awareness and support.

Not Allowed:

• Encouraging, triggering, or instructing self-harm or suicide.
• Comments like "You should kill yourself" or "Why don’t you just stop eating."

9. Terrorist Content & Violent Extremism

Peachz strictly prohibits content that promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorism, extremist violence, or hate groups.

Not Allowed:

• Uploading terrorist propaganda or calls for violence.
• Glorifying terrorist acts or violent events.
• Encouraging others to commit violent acts.

We may work with law enforcement to report violations.

Allowed:

• Educational discussions about terrorism without endorsement.

10. Violence, Threats, & Hate Speech

Peachz does not tolerate violence, threats, or content that incites harm.

Not Allowed:

• Threatening physical harm to individuals or groups.
• Glorifying mass violence.
• Hate speech targeting race, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.

Allowed:

• Discussing historical or political events in a neutral, educational way.

Not Allowed:

• "These [protected groups] are ruining everything. We need to get rid of them."
• Content promoting supremacist ideologies.

11. Spam & Self-Promotion

Peachz encourages organic engagement but does not allow spammy behavior.

Not Allowed:

• Mass messaging or copy-pasting the same comment across profiles.
• Following and unfollowing repeatedly to gain attention.
• Using bots or paid services to artificially inflate engagement.

Allowed:

• Genuine interactions with fans and other users.

12. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it.

We review reports objectively and remove content that violates our policies.

We do not remove content simply because someone disagrees with it.

13. Consequences for Violations

Peachz enforces its policies through:

1. Warnings for minor violations.
2. Temporary account suspensions for repeated offenses.
3. Permanent bans for severe violations, such as threats, child exploitation, or terrorism.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

If your account is suspended, you may appeal the decision by contacting team(@)peachz.xyz.

These guidelines exist to make Peachz a safe, creative, and empowering space for artists and fans. We expect all users to follow these rules and hold each other accountable.
