Peachz Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase of Tickets

To attend Peachz events, meetups, conferences, or competitions, attendees must purchase tickets directly through the official Peachz website ("Event Website") in the designated ticketing section.

Attendees may purchase as many tickets as permitted by the platform, subject to availability and ticket type.
The ticket price must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Once the transaction is successful, electronic tickets will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.
The issued ticket serves as both a receipt and proof of entry, with an automated confirmation sent upon successful payment.

Peachz reserves the right to modify ticket availability, pricing, and categories at any time, but changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

2. Non-Refundable Ticket Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy or in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Peachz.

Refunds will not be provided due to personal circumstances, inability to attend, or event program changes.
Tickets remain the property of Peachz and are personal, revocable licenses.
Peachz reserves the right to withdraw tickets and refuse admission if necessary, with refunds issued only under conditions specified in our cancellation policy.

By purchasing a ticket, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

3. Ticket Categories & Transferability

Peachz may offer different ticket categories, including discounted rates for startups, students, and partners.

Each category is subject to specific eligibility criteria clearly stated on the Event Website.
Attendees are responsible for selecting the correct ticket type.
Failure to meet eligibility criteria may result in denial of entry with no refund.
Fraudulent use of discount codes may result in ticket cancellation and a 15% fee deducted from the refund amount.

3.1 Name Transfers

Tickets are nominative and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Some categories of tickets (such as media, speaker, and partner tickets) cannot be transferred.
For tickets that allow transfers, attendees must submit a written request to events(@)peachz.xyz before the stated deadline, attaching the original ticket and new attendee details.
If approved, the original ticket will be voided, and a new code will be issued within 5 business days.

4. Ticket Prices & Payment Terms

Ticket prices are displayed on the Event Website at the time of purchase and may change at any time.
Prices are exclusive of taxes, with applicable VAT added where required.
Payment must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank Transfers
- Crypto Payments via supported platforms

Tickets cannot be exchanged or replaced in case of loss or theft. If payment is not completed within 10 business days (for bank transfers), the order may be canceled.

5. Event Entry & ID Requirements

A valid ticket and official government-issued identification (ID card, passport) must be presented at the entrance.
If the name on the ticket does not match the ID, Peachz reserves the right to deny entry without a refund.

5.1 Wristbands & Lanyards

For security and identification purposes, attendees must:

Wear the official event lanyard with their badge.
Wear the official event wristband at all times inside the venue.
Present photo identification upon request.

Lost wristbands or lanyards must be replaced at the event help desk, and an administrative fee may be required.

6. Privacy & No-Photo, No-Phone Policy

To ensure a private, immersive experience, Peachz enforces a strict no-photo, no-phone policy at select night events and conferences.

Photography, video recording, and social media posting are strictly prohibited inside designated areas.
Phones must be silenced and stored away unless in designated phone-use areas.
Event security reserves the right to remove individuals who violate this policy.

This policy is intended to protect privacy, encourage engagement, and maintain a distraction-free atmosphere.

7. Attendee Conduct & Restrictions

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

Unacceptable behavior includes harassment, discrimination, disruptions, or solicitation.
Unauthorized promotional or commercial activities outside of designated areas are prohibited.
Peachz reserves the right to remove attendees who violate these rules, without a refund.

8. Cancellation & Force Majeure

If the event is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, security risks), tickets are non-refundable.
If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. If the attendee cannot attend, Peachz may issue a partial refund at its sole discretion.
If the event is canceled for reasons within Peachz’s control, refunds will be issued minus processing fees.

Peachz is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees due to event cancellations or postponements.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

Peachz collects personal data for ticket processing, event entry, and attendee communication.
Peachz does not sell or transfer attendee information to third parties without explicit consent.

Attendees may contact privacy(@)peachz.xyz to request access, corrections, or deletion of their data.

10. Photography, Audio & Video Recording

Unauthorized photography, audio, or video recording at the event is strictly prohibited.
Peachz reserves the right to remove individuals recording without permission.
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded by Peachz or its media partners for promotional purposes.

If you wish to opt out of event photography, notify events(@)peachz.xyz before the event.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, presentations, and event content remain the intellectual property of Peachz and its partners.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of event materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in legal action.

12. Liability & Disclaimer

Peachz is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages sustained at the event.
Attendees assume full responsibility for personal property, travel risks, and any interactions during the event.
In any dispute, Peachz’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the event ticket, excluding processing fees.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in Delaware courts.
Attendees waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Peachz.
